[2:17] Find Your Blueprint – John’s blueprint for success is centered around setting goals and having accountability to accomplish goals. Second, to that, John believes that we need to celebrate the success we have.
[5:19] John has faced the barrier of being too emotionally attached to the outcome and this caused him to change his behavior and that cost him business.
[7:41] Remove Your Barriers – John found that by being present when he spoke to his customer, taking time to detach from the outcome, and focus on the customer and their needs it removed that barrier.
[9:30] Fully Express Your Greatness – John started to convert customers and to celebrate his moment he took the day off and went to the beach.
[11:35] Teaching Moment – It is important to focus on your energy levels. To ensure that you maximize your energy pay attention to what takes your energy and what gives you energy. Take a post-it note and write ENERGY on it, put the post-it note on everything that takes energy away from you and delegate those things, and focus on everything that you labeled as giving you energy.
