Build a Better Business Podcast

72 – Develop a Healthy Inner Dialogue | Danielle Grant

3 Key Points in this Episode:

  1. When one door closes another door opens, we have a choice at that moment to own our fear and faith and step through that door.
  2. A lack of support from family and friends can be a barrier especially when they think they are being supportive but are not providing the support you require.
  3. The most important thing you need to know is that your words are more powerful than the external things we experience around us.

Show Notes:

Intro

According to Tony Robbins the secret to success in business can be summarized with this concept; what you believe dictates the actions you take, the actions you take produce specific results, and those results reinforce your original belief.

Combine that with what Brian Tracy teaches about how simply saying to yourself; “I like myself, I like myself, I like myself and I feel GREEEEEAT!” can dramatically improve your results and it is obvious that our inner dialogue is important.

That is why in episode 72 we are going to talk about how to develop a healthy inner dialogue.
