An Interesting Interview with a Great Entrepreneur (1:51)

Nathan Hirsch is the CEO of FreeeUp.com. He has sold over $30 million online, has hired hundreds of freelancers to build his companies, he is an expert in outsourcing and I believe that his service can be a game changer for your business.

Find Your Blueprint (2:41)

Nathan focuses on low-risk/high-reward opportunities. Nathan tried several different things before finding success. He recommends that you put money and time into what works and pull back from things that don’t work. Diversifying the opportunities to protect yourself.

Remove Your Barriers (5:02)

Nathan spent 6-months trying to build an Amazon business with no results and then Nathan spent more than 1-year developing a relationship with a manufacturer. He finally took a vacation and on the first day of vacation his only employee quit, his manufacturer stopped producing the product for him and his accountant informed him that his identity had been stolen and someone had filed a $40,000 claim in his name.

Nathan learned from this and he diversified his suppliers and hired multiple people with overlap. Although he diversifies Nathan stays in one lane and within that lane he tries to protect his business by pursuing as many revenue streams as possible.

Fully Express Your Greatness (11:01)

Nathan launched FreeeUp and received a lot of rejection initially. After getting a few clients they created a referral program. Next, they incentivized their staff and when they hit that goal they celebrated with their team.

Advice for Your Younger Self (13:44)

“Focus on the central thing that will drive your business forward.”
