[2:02] Sam comes from 12-years of Sales Account Management, but he decided to relocate to Ireland and now he is finding that the company he works for has a different management style.

[3:17] Sales Account Managers are hoarding clients but are not actually managing them.

[4:50] Management’s solution is to just enforce more activity without addressing issues.

[6:29] Management is not measuring conversion rates and have failed to give their salespeople an ideal client profile.
