Key Take Away

The key takeaway from today’s episode is that depression is not a weakness or something to be ashamed off, it is important that you don’t self-medicate or deny you have a problem because if you invest heavily in your mental health you can be a very successful leader.

If you or someone you know is suffering from depression, please don’t be ashamed and ask for help because you don’t need to suffer alone any longer. If you are in crisis seek immediate medical help.
